Job Description:
On behalf of our client, an educational institution in Marbella, we are recruiting a Recruitment Advisor in Marbella.

TASKS:

• To work directly with the Sales and Marketing team, under the management of the leader, to meet institutional targets defined by the international recruitment strategy and agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Recruitment Advisors have a responsibility to contact prospective applicants by cold calling, responding to Web inquiries, attending college fairs and visiting high schools.
• Once they have identified a prospective applicant, they often begin with an introductory assessment, such as a phone, video or campus interview.
• During the interview, the Recruitment Advisor evaluates the applicant's qualifications, past experiences and objectives.
• Additionally, the Recruitment Advisor may explain academic programs and answer any inquiries regarding applications, enrollment, courses and financial aid.
• They record information into a database and follow-up with applicants to update statuses and answer any new questions.
• You will also give tours and lead general information sessions about their campus.
• As our client welcomes students from all over the world, one-on-one application and admission counseling to diverse populations is an important responsibility of this position. Recruitment counseling involves primarily in-person appointments, phone calls and emails and reviewing the materials submitted by applicants for the purposes of making admission decisions.
• You will also have to have marketing skills (SEO, content marketing and google adwords)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of admissions counseling experience, or equivalent.
• Languages: English - full proficiency/native, Spanish - intermediate. Any other language is a plus.
• Desirable: Previous experience in telemarketing and telesales.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills are necessary, including public speaking skills and the ability to present our client in a positive way to diverse populations.
• Ability to represent the recruitment profession positively through a strong, student-centered ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a process driven environment and excellent planning capacity.
• Marketing: SEO, content marketing, Google Adwords
